We are open for business

We find ourselves in a most unusual period, and all is change. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us directly or indirectly and everybody is making adjustments to their lives and lifestyles that will, for now, become the ‘new normal’.

Many businesses have been impacted as the reach of this pandemic broadens from a medical emergency to a financial one.

At Nemetos we are lucky in that our infrastructure allows us to switch rapidly from an office-based environment to a remote one fairly smoothly. During the last few weeks we established home working facilities for all of our staff – additional screens, better broadband, and even in some cases extra laptops to cater for home-schooled children. Now as all of the countries that we operate in, including the UK, have finally reached the ‘stay at home’ phase we are 100% remote as a company. Our team have been absolutely brilliant, and I am happy to say that we have maintained our effectiveness and velocity in all our projects even during the transition period.

While nobody can predict what the coming weeks will bring, it is safe to say that nothing will be quite the same again. It will take some businesses many months, even years to pull back from the impact of this global issue but what is certain is that there will be, immediately and in the long term, a higher reliance on digital services. We are here now, and will continue to be here for our clients to be part of that transition.

As the situation develops, we will continue to follow the advice of the respective governments. Our primary concerns are for our employees’ wellbeing and our clients’ business continuity – these go very much hand-in-hand.

If you have any concerns about the future of your business’ digital continuity, then feel free to get in touch with us.

Stay safe.
